Returns accepted within: 5 days of delivery
Restocking fee: 15%
Return shipping: Buyer pays (except damaged/incorrect items)


Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

After the 5-day return window, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

15% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns, and the remaining balance will be issued as store credit only.

Returned items must be unopened, unused and include all of the original accessories, seals and packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied and returned to the sender.

Our customer care team will notify you once your return has been received and processed.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance / Sale items / Discounted
  • Curated Bundle Boxes
  • All Beauty Products
  • Gift Cards

Free Gift With Purchase

If your order included a free gift, it must be returned with the merchandise.
If it is not included, the value of the gift will be deducted from your store credit.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

For approved damage or incorrect-item claims, Sassy Jones will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

All items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unaltered) with packaging and tags intact.

  • A photo of what you received

For incorrect items, JerrBear's Company will provide a pre-paid label after verification.
